Description
PEG-MGF, also known as pegylated mechano growth factor, is a synthetic research peptide based on an IGF-1 splice variant associated with cellular responses to mechanical stress. The addition of polyethylene glycol is intended to increase molecular stability, making PEG-MGF useful in experimental studies of IGF-related signaling, muscle-cell biology, satellite-cell activity, tissue-response pathways, and peptide pharmacology. Research specifically characterizing PEG-MGF remains limited.
PEG-MGF is not an FDA-approved drug product and should not be represented as a treatment for muscle loss, injury recovery, tissue repair, athletic performance, or any other human condition or purpose. For Research Use Only. Not for human or veterinary use, ingestion, administration, diagnostic procedures, or therapeutic applications.
